All items are made to order. Processing typically takes 3 to 7 business days, not including shipping time. Processing may take longer during peak seasons or holidays.
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 to 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellations or changes are no longer available.
Shipping times vary by location and by the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided once your order has shipped.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Naasi Customz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for assistance.
Due to the custom, made to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We also cannot exchange for sizing or color selection errors, so please review size charts and product details before ordering.
Contact us within 3 to 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
Wash inside out in cold water with a mild detergent, avoid bleach, tumble dry low or hang dry, and do not iron directly on the design. Improper care may cause damage that is not eligible for replacement.
