Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons. Naasi Customz is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery with clear photo documentation. Please review our Returns & FAQ page for full details.
