At Naasi Customz, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-designed, made-to-order products. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Change of mind
- Buyer preference
Eligible Refunds & Replacements
Refunds or replacements are only considered under the following circumstances:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item is defective
- You receive an incorrect item
To Request a Refund or Replacement:
You must contact us within 2 business days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Refunds are processed only after review and approval
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by an error on our part
Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Replacement Policy
If a replacement is approved:
- We will remake and ship the item at no additional cost
- Replacement production and shipping times may vary
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or replacements:
- Custom or personalized items (unless defective or incorrect)
- Items damaged due to improper care or normal wear
- Items ordered incorrectly by the customer
- Clearance or final sale items
Order Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase before production begins.
If canceled within this window, a full refund will be issued.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled and are not eligible for a refund.
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 14 days to address any quality issues.
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Naasi Customz is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds will not be issued for lost or stolen packages.
