Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the personalized nature of custom-made items, all custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Non-Custom (Ready-Made) Items
For non-custom, ready-made items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our end.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will correct the issue at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If eligible, returns must be processed first, and a new order placed.
