How long does it take to process my order?

All items are made to order. Processing typically takes 3–7 business days, not including shipping time. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders may be canceled or modified within 12–24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production starts, cancellations or changes are no longer available.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be provided once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, shipping availability may vary. Please check checkout options or contact us if you have questions about international shipping.

My order says delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Naasi Customz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3–5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we will offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

We do not offer exchanges for sizing or color selection errors. Please review size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

How should I care for my item?

  • Do not iron directly on designs
