Naasi Customz is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products:
- All sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Claims must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery with clear photo documentation.
